This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with fluent Italian language skills to lead sponsorship revenue growth across Italian-speaking markets. \r\n\r\n You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value sponsorship opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored commercial solutions that align with client objectives. \r\n\r\n Key Responsibilities: \r\n\r\n Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities across Italian-speaking markets \r\n Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective sponsors \r\n Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers \r\n Create tailored sponsorship proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations \r\n Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets \r\n Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure successful delivery of sponsorship agreements \r\n\r\n About You: \r\n\r\n Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – essential \r\n Proven track record in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or commercial partnerships \r\n Strong negotiation and closing skills \r\n Experience working to and exceeding revenue targets \r\n Excellent communication and presentation skills \r\n Commercially astute with strong relationship-building abilities \r\n Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven \r\n Willingness to travel when required
