With 22 beloved brands in our portfolio, we are world leader for pasta, the number one choice for ready-made sauces in Europe, leader for bakery products in Italy, and for crispbread across Scandinavia with Wasa. /ppOur success story is written by a passionate team of almost 9,000 dedicated employees across 30 plants and offices worldwide, all united by a shared mission to nourish the future with purpose and passion. /ppbAre you ready to add your unique flavor to our journey? /b /ppWe are looking for a Sales Analyst to join the Modern Trade Field Sales team, based in Parma. /ph3bJOB PURPOSE /b /h3pThe position holder will be responsible of providing data insights, analysis and reports to the Trade Sales organization, with the aim of supporting them in: /pulliSupport Sales Strategy Technology Manager to guarantee the connection between Trade and Sales teams, to make easier the achievement of the targets of Store Execution. /liliContribute to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force in relation to SIE and according to the priorities shared with the VPs, participating in the continuous evolution of the operating model. /liliSupport Sales Field and Customer Teams to define action plans and resources in order to achieve Strategy in Execution target. /liliProvide analysis and reports to support Field structures and Customer Teams to verify the achievement of the goals. /li /ulh3bKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES /b /h3ulliSupport Field Area Associate Directors and Customer Teams to define quarterly plan to reach the SIE targets, according to the business priorities. /liliManage data analysis and dashboards and provide key insights and take-outs to Trade Marketing and Sales teams to improve In Store Execution. /liliPromote the knowledge of SIE KPI’s (Perfect Store) within the Trade and Sales department, ensuring the correct application of its principles. /liliGuarantee the update of Barilla Blueprints shared with Trade Marketing and realize the alignment of related Survey. /liliSupport Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Customer Teams in designing and implementing tailored surveys to support business decision making. /liliSupport Sales Strategy Technology Manager to find new technical solutions to decrease operating costs and improve quality of data collected by Sales Field. /liliScouting of new solutions for In store executions tools processes. /liliMaintenance of current model. /liliSupport Sales Strategy Technology Manager to guarantee the Trade Margin Monitor Tool quality. /li /ulh3bREQUIREMENTS /b /h3ulliDegree qualified in Engineering, Economics, Data and Analytics for Business and similar. /liliMinimum 2 years prior experience within Trade Sales, IT Data Analytics or IT Project development. /liliProactive problem-solving approach. /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel e/o Power BI Desktop. /liliGood familiarity with the main Sales KPIs. /liliStrong analytical skills: gather, analyze and turn data into insights and actions.
