Each fragrance is the result of ongoing scientific and creative research into essences, along with a sophisticated formulation with unrivalled persistence and durability. /ppAs a Store Manager, you will lead by example and be the leader of the client experience, team performance, and boutique excellence. You will inspire your team, elevate customer service standards, and drive the boutique’s commercial success, fully aligned with the brand's image and values. /pp Location: NEW OPENING BREGAMO, ITALY /pp What You’ll Do /ppLeadership People Management /pulliSupport the integration of new team members, ensuring each new joiner receives the full onboarding journey, fostering a positive introduction to the company culture and operations. /liliAct as a role model in communication, sharing company updates and key messages with clarity and enthusiasm during morning briefings, training sessions, and one-to-one meetings, to keep the team informed, engaged, and motivated. /liliDevelop and empower your team through continuous coaching and regular feedback. Recognize individual strengths and areas for growth. /liliEngage and hire talent from the market through networking and scouting. /liliOrganize the team and shop floor coverage in an effective manner to meet the business needs. /li /ulpClient Experience Sales /pulliAct as a Brand Ambassador in the local market by identifying opportunities to attract new customers, increase footfall and build strong client relationships. /liliFoster a service culture that represents Dr. Vranjes Firenze’s olfactory storytelling and elegance. /liliEnsure every client receives a unique, personalized luxury experience. /liliSupport the team in clienteling actions to build loyalty and retention. /li /ulpBusiness Performance KPIs /pulliLead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving performance excellence and contributing directly to the store’s overall success. /liliCoach and support team members in optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies. /liliMonitor sales targets, KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate) and store objectives. /liliImplement commercial strategies in alignment with corporate goals. /liliIdentify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives. /liliProvide weekly performance reports to the Head Office. /liliCollaborate with the Retail department to plan local events. /li /ulpBoutique Operations Visual Merchandising /pulliEnsure operational excellence, stock accuracy and compliance with company policies. /liliGuarantee compliance with Company guidelines on cash handling, stock management, logistics, and all key reporting duties mandated by the head office. /liliOversee inventory, shipments and daily reporting. /liliGuarantee the highest level of visual merchandising and in-store presentation. /liliEnsure that all store processes and procedures are harmonized in order to provide best in class client experience. /liliEnsure that all Store Facilities are maintained. /liliOversee effective day to day business and operations processes. /li /ulpWhat We’re Looking For /ppExperience Skills /pulliMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role in luxury or premium retail (Fragrance / Beauty / Fashion highly preferred). /liliStrong and demonstratable commercial acumen. /liliFluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. /liliProficient with digital tools, POS systems, and retail management software. /li /ulpYour Personality /pulliCharismatic, inspiring, proactive and flexible. /liliDeeply service-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. /liliHighly organized, detail-focused, and results-driven. /liliClient centric mindset with a passion to exceed expectations /liliFlexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays. /li /ulpAre you ready to craft unforgettable olfactory experiences with us? /ppJoin us and bring your expertise to the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze. /p
