**Sales and Marketing Manager**
She/He will

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for directing Cafe sales and marketing efforts that align with the overall Cafe operating strategy. This individual will also support the Cafe's Senior Leadership Team in upholding all brand standards and core values, while meeting or exceeding Hard Rock's business objectives. Among his responsibilities:
- Demonstrate financial comprehension of the Cafe's budget and P&L
- Writeand negotiate sales and marketing contracts according to Company procedures
- Execution and development of marketing initiatives
- Development of sales strategies that generate consistent year-over-year revenue increase
- Ability to ideate and execute meetings & events that exceed the expectations of all clients
- Market a multi-product business line (restaurant, retail, live music and special events) to disparate guest profile (corporate, tourist, and local)
- Assembling the Cafe Event Calendar and Brand Calendar
- Communication and follow up with Group Travel Planners and Marketing partners
- Prospecting calls to corporate accounts,convention/meeting organizers and previous bookings
- Reach out to local influencers, media, and variouscommunities-expat / sport groups, salons and other non-conflicting retailers
- Capture Live Content for social media based on special events at the venue
- Attend tradeshows as approved by the cafe budget and the General Manager
- Maintenance of sales and marketing tools and equipment (banners, linens, skirting, menucondition, etc.)
- Updating the "cafe" website using the Vizergy platform and maintaining other digital presenceacross various platforms
- Take care of digital platform health status-weekly ranking, customerdelight program based on reviews, follower status
- Know, understand, and practice the mission, values, mottos,culture and spirit that make Hard Rock unique
- Work as a team, helping all departments to complete the required activities or projects thatensure we achieve successful events or outcomes reflecting the brand
- Operate ethically to protect the image of Hard Rock.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 + years' experience in sales marketing, possibly in Hotel, restaurant, tourism business
- Fluency in English and Italian, more languages a plus
- Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
- Presentation of a professional image to guests, clients, and potential function coordinators.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring that managers and/or clients possess thepertinent information for the execution of a successful event
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to otheremployees of the organization.
