UFFICIO IT – ANALISTA TECNICO-FUNZIONALE JUNIOR (PROCESSI COMMERCIALI)

Responsibilities
* Support the analysis of commercial processes and gather requirements.
* Collaborate in the mapping of operational flows, under the supervision of senior team members.
* Prepare technical and functional documentation to support projects.
* Participate in testing activities and verify the effectiveness of solutions.
* Contribute to improving communication between the IT team and business stakeholders.
* Assist in the operational management of suppliers and system integrators for assigned activities.
Requisites
* Mandatory:
o Willingness to learn mainframe systems AS400/Power.
o Brief experience (e.g., internship, university projects, or 1–2 years) in IT or process analysis.
o Interest in typical GDO processes (e.g., order flows, pricing, assortment).
o Analytical skills, problem‑solving, and teamwork orientation.
o Continuous improvement attitude and good communication with technical and business interlocutors.
* Preferred:
o Degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Economics or related scientific disciplines.
o Basic knowledge of process modelling (e.g., BPMN).
o Basic knowledge of IBM RPG / RPGLE or SQL.
Additional Information
* Workplace: In person at Uffici Centro Direzionale - Cerea, via Palesella 1.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, weekend on-call duty available.
