PThe System Design Lead will work within Propulsion Systems Virtual Engineering team and collaborate with Product Release Centers (PRCs) and with other Stellantis cross-functional teams to support product development through Virtual analysis. /ppThe candidate will be accountable for the technical development and refinement of the propulsion system of reference and leads risk management and issue resolution with internal counterparts, expertise network and supplier team. /ppThe candidate interfaces with engine, controls, transmission hardware, vehicle platform, powertrain synthesis and other cross functional teams and communicates regularly through oral presentations and written reports to Propulsion Systems management. /ppstrongMAIN ACTIVITIES /strong /ppThe responsibility of the System Design Lead will include, but not limited to: /pulliAnalyzes architectures and concepts to achieve functional requirements /liliHe will deliver milestone assessment for each project milestones /liliLeads the lessons learned of issues until the appropriate update of standard /liliCommunicates regularly through oral presentations and written reports to Chief Engineers, COEs, Component Engineers and others including Propulsion Systems management /li /ulpstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /pulliMaster of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Applied Physics, or related Engineering field) /liliThorough knowledge of the English language including both written and oral communication /liliStrong analytical and technical background in automotive /liliEffective communications skills and analytical thinking /liliFunctional knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) /liliAbility to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and uncertainty /liliExcellent work ethic, organization skills and communication skills /liliProactive, learning, self-driven, teamwork oriented /li /ulpAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
