This role will lead the proactive commercial strategy for the luxury segment, focusing on key international markets and cultivating strong partnerships with top‑tier consortia and travel brands. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liProactively develop and implement strategic commercial plans to identify, attract, and grow business from both new and existing luxury accounts across key markets (US, UK, Italy, and Europe), with the goal of increasing market share and driving revenue. /li liManage and strengthen long‑term relationships with top‑tier clients, consortia, and luxury travel partners. /li liDrive revenue growth by identifying and converting both existing and new business opportunities within the high‑end leisure segment. /li liLead client interactions, including sales pitches, business reviews, and ongoing account performance evaluations. /li liAnalyze client needs and travel trends to develop tailored luxury experiences and bespoke sales strategies in collaboration with marketing and revenue management. /li liRepresent METT Milan at major luxury travel trade shows, roadshows, and networking events, ensuring visibility within key luxury travel networks. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience as Account Director or Senior Sales Manager in a similar role within luxury hospitality, ideally with experience in lifestyle or high‑end openings. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of luxury travel networks and a solid international client portfolio. /li liFluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. /li liStrong network and commercial exposure in key markets: US, UK, Italy, and broader European regions. /li liExcellent negotiation skills to close contracts and build lasting client relationships. /li liGood communication and presentation skills. /li liDemonstrated strategic planning and budget management skills, with the ability to forecast and optimise account performance. /li liStrong business awareness, including understanding of external market dynamics and competitor positioning. /li liHands‑on, entrepreneurial, and highly proactive mindset, able to work autonomously and drive results. /li liAbility and willingness to travel when necessary. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul li Discounts across Sunset's Venues and more: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /li liCareer Growth Opportunities: Elevate your career with tailored growth opportunities that align with your ambitions. /li /ul pLearn more about our company: /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
