We are now looking foracommercially drivenSales Managerforthe Nordics.

You will join our European Sales team withinCartonboardandbe responsible fordriving business and sales development in the Nordic market. In this role, you will maximize revenue and profitability while strengthening and expanding our customer base.

As Sales Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization and play a key role in building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across the value chain.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Maximize revenue and margin generation by turning the business offer into sales
  • Own and deliver on the sales budget for your customer portfolio
  • Establish and manage commercial agreements in line with company policy
  • Identify and develop the customer base within the Nordic market
  • Build, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Identify prospects and drive new business opportunities
  • Plan and execute activities to meet targets for volume, margin and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

Need to have

  • University degree in business,engineeringor equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation skills in high-level commercial discussions
  • Fluent English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge ofrelevantmarketand competitors

Nice to have

  • Technical and product knowledge within relevant industry
  • Experience working across the full value chain
  • Knowledge of market and competitors

Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently allows you torepresentBillerud in both smaller customer dialogues and larger forums.
