You will manage category growth for key accounts, secure plan approvals with decision‑makers, and oversee portfolio programs from evaluation to results sharing. You will maintain relationships, forecast accurately, and apply data‑driven insights to strategic opportunities in a dynamic, matrix environment.

* Manage relationship with designated Key Accounts and sales in the Italian region (~€20M)
* Coordinate and implement international agreements at local Italian level
* Internal accountability to country marketing, customer marketing, business analytics, and European marketing; external accountability for designated key accounts
* Increase CooperVision share of wallet within Italian Key Accounts
* Demonstrate long‑term strategic focus, customer expertise, and commercial understanding
* Be an effective negotiator and change agent focused on category leadership
* Maintain high level of written and spoken English (C1–C2)
* Possess minimum 5 years B2B experience; consumer health/optician exposure is a plus
* Experience in strategic penetration of major customers
