Overview
Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a Sales Account specialist for a renowned foreign design brand. The role will be based in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy, reporting to the Country Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the client network across Italy, including retail outlets, showrooms, concept stores, and architecture studios, in collaboration with the Country Manager.
- Lead commercial negotiations and prepare offers.
- Train retailer staff on the product catalogue.
- Assist in drafting marketing communications for promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Monitor post‑sales customer satisfaction.
- Provide event planning support at various retailers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in fashion or design.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Willingness to travel nationally and attend industry events and trade shows.
- Possession of a valid driving licence B for company‑arranged travel.
- Proactive attitude, commercial drive, and dynamism.
Employment Details
Initial fixed‑term contract with potential for permanent employment.
Salary and other terms will be determined based on relevant experience.
Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
