Key Responsibilities

Report directly to the regional leadership team.
Requirements
Proven experience as aGeneral Manager, Country Manager, or Sales Directorin a B2B environment.
Strong track record insales leadership, business development, and team management.
Excellent understanding of theItalian marketand customer dynamics.
Fluent inItalian and English.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
Experience in managingP&Land; driving profitability.
