Commercial Director (m/f/d)

For our iconic Arbatax Park Resort, we are looking for a Commercial Lead who brings strategic vision, international expertise, and a strong performance mindset to drive sustainable success across the entire resort ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
* Drive the overall commercial strategy and long-term positioning of the resort
* Act as a key sparring partner for strategic decisions and business development
* Shape pricing, sales, distribution, and market positioning
* Identify growth opportunities across markets, segments, and seasons
Revenue & Performance
* Lead revenue management, forecasting, and demand planning
* Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
* Optimize all revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, MICE, Wellness & Experiences)
* Monitor key KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, market share, conversion) and drive results
Sales & Marketing Alignment
* Define business mix across leisure, MICE, and key accounts
* Align closely with Group Sales & Marketing on strategy and campaigns
* Drive impactful local marketing and strong international partnerships
* Own campaign planning with clear ROI focus
Distribution & Digital
* Optimize all channels (direct, OTA, digital platforms)
* Drive direct bookings and loyalty engagement
* Use data insights for segmentation, targeting, and offers
* Strengthen visibility, reputation, and guest acquisition
Leadership & Culture
* Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team
* Foster ownership, collaboration, and performance mindset
* Act as a confident leader driving alignment across the resort
YOUR EXPERTISE
* Minimum 8+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in hospitality
* Proven success in 4- or 5-star hotels, resorts, or lifestyle destinations
* Strong international exposure and deep market understanding
* Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution strength
* Strong analytical, financial, and performance‑driven approach
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Languages
* Fluent Italian & English required
* Additional languages are a plus (especially German)
