We are seeking a Service Sales Engineer to support the Italian market and drive growth in our service business. /p h3Position /h3 pService Sales Engineer – Italian Market /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSell the full Busch Group service product portfolio to customers across the Industrial market in Italy. /li liAchieve service sales targets for all relevant Italian markets, defining and aligning growth objectives with Sales and Marketing teams. /li liDevelop service sales strategies for accounts based on current business and long‑term plans. /li liStay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive services. /li liIdentify and pursue new service sales opportunities with existing and potential clients. /li liCollaborate with the sales team to generate leads, manage opportunities, and convert prospects into clients. /li liDefine, negotiate, and formalize service contracts, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and company policies. /li liCreate value‑based service proposals that integrate maintenance, digital tools, and lifecycle support. /li liPromote data‑driven and IoT‑enabled service solutions to enhance system reliability, predictive maintenance, and customer value. /li liWork closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements. /li liCollaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. /li liSubmit service sales forecasts backed by market trends and competition analysis. /li liUse C4 SAP CRM to manage opportunities, track customer interactions, and ensure accurate sales reporting. /li liComply with all health and safety initiatives and maintain a safe workplace. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent. /li liMinimum of 4 years of sales or engineering experience in a service or aftermarket business environment. /li liStrong ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑paced environment. /li liDeep knowledge of the company’s purpose, values, code of conduct, business model, services, and pricing structure. /li liCustomer‑service focus with a sense of urgency to meet or exceed expectations. /li liExcellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally. /li liFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, CRM systems, and SAP Fiori (plus). /li liValid driver’s licence (B) and willingness to travel up to 50% within Italy. /li /ul pAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
