We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas. /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppAs an NAM at Deliveroo, you will manage and grow relationships with our enterprise-level restaurant partners. You will work closely with your portfolio partners to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth for both the partner and Deliveroo. /ppYou will be based in our offices in Milan and report to the Head of National Accounts. /ppYou will be responsible for: /pullipBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners. /p /lilipUnderstand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support. /p /lilipAnalyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo. /p /lilipCollaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service. /p /lilipDrive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities. /p /lilipAct as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. /p /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pullipAt least 5 years of experience account management and/or business development, with a background in the strongFMCG/Horeca /strong, demonstrating a track record of managing clients or partners within this specific industry. /p /lilipStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. /p /lilipAbility to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions. /p /lilipMust be fluent in Italian and English. /p /li /ulpstrongLife at Deliveroo /strong /ppWe are a growing team, with very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there.
