Your Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for customer requests at Alpitronic
Responsible to support our customers by phone or email
Provide remote support to customers during commissioning and maintenance of the Hyperchargers
Your Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, an additional languague is a plus
Independent and solution-oriented work, as well as analytical thinking
Enthusiasm, teamwork and structured way of working
Experience in customer service or call center is a plus
Willingness to work in different shift
