Responsibilities
- Style campaign‑oriented mannequins considering market trends
- Maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout the store
- Implement store layout plans according to management guidelines
- Construct and install pan‑European window decorations and campaign stylings
- Inspect and correct VM elements (mannequins, displays, lighting and other VM equipment)
- Participate in meetings with store management to raise VM issues and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer experience
- Know product functionalities and availability to promote them
Qualifications
- Right to work in Italy
- Fluent Italian; additional English language desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours on weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience as visual merchandiser with styling skills and high creativity spirit
- In‑depth knowledge of local fashion market and latest trend awareness
- Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines and a problem‑solving mindset
