Key Responsibilities:
* Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales.
* Achieve sales objectives related to product mix through market analysis and influencing decision makers.
* Engage in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales strategies, market positioning, and collaboration with Product Management.
* Manage and develop network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP).
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
* Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products.
* Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer pipelines, and report weekly on sales progress.
* Analyze existing customer data and market segmentation to refine targeting and positioning.
* Contribute ideas for marketing plans, product launches, and customer events.
* Focus on product/channel/customer margins and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
* Achieve all sales budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven sales or business development track record in a demanding environment.
* Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including solutions presentation to end users and consultants.
* Ability to independently understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
* Market knowledge within electronic security, IT, and networking sectors.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturers is advantageous but not essential.
* Good understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market and brand recognition.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and motivation to achieve targets.
* Team player with excellent organization and attention to detail.
* Proactive problem-solving approach.
* Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within South Italy and occasional international travel. Residence in Milan or South Italy preferred.
