Sales Leadership Position
This role focuses on establishing a strong channel system in Italy, comprising agents, secondary customers, and OEMs.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and implement market strategies, optimize distributor systems, and ensure the timely supply of channel inventory.
The successful candidate will formulate sales plans according to company requirements, allocate resources effectively, and drive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, customers, and partners.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product and pricing strategies.
* Optimize distributor systems to ensure efficient supply chain management.
* Formulate sales plans and quarterly/annual goals, allocating resources effectively to meet business objectives.
* Drive regional sell-in and sell-out management to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or related field.
* At least five years of relevant local work experience, preferably in Italian markets.
* Proven track record of success in integrated marketing initiatives.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
