In this role, you will be a key player in delivering extraordinary luxury dining experiences that reflect the unparalleled charm and sophistication of our propert Primary Responsibilities Include: - Operational Excellence: Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards, and procedures. - Guest Experience: Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the service they receive. Act to ensure flawless service and anticipate guests' needs. - Guest Relations: Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests, handling requests and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy. - Team Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the Commis de Rang assigned to you, ensuring they deliver high standards of service.
