As a front office agent in our hotel, you are the first point of contact for our guests. They help to make a good first impression and immediately convey a feeling of genuine hospitality to our guests. You will carry out the following tasks together with a dynamic team: Conduct efficient front desk workflow, including check-in/check-out Assist in processing guest inquiries Ensure that the Front Office Manager and his or her representative are informed of all relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments Always have a high level of customer focus in order to offer our guests a unique stay Maximize room occupancy and employ upselling methods to promote hotel services and amenities What are you bringing with you?
