We are looking for a Product Manager for an immediate start to reinforce our Marketing Department. This is a permanent full-time position home-based in Italy. As Product Manager for the Italian market, you will report to the Head of Commercial Operations and you will have a key role in driving the success of our wound care business. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote our products to the target audience, generate demand, and increase sales.You will also be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities that drive awareness and demand for our products .

Your responsibilities: You will act as a real business partner for the sales team to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
As a commercial resource in the marketing process, you will make recommendations on the progress of new projects based on the business case
In close collaboration with R&D and the supply chain departments, you will ensure a high success rate in bringing new products to market
You will manage the product throughout its lifecycle, this includes gathering and prioritizing product, and customer requirements, and defining the product vision
You will define and execute all marketing materials, advertising, promotion plans, and communications activities
You will maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the current competitive environment and industry trends
You will analyze and report on the performance of the brands and assess the ROI of marketing activities monthly
You will lead the media agency briefing based on an approved yearly marketing plan, agreed brand strategy and budget, and follow the day-to-day work
You will prepare and give presentations to internal and external target groups (e.g., training the sales group on marketing material)
You will manage KOLs in the markets for which you are accountable
You hold a bachelor's or a master's degree in marketing, science or business administration
You can demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the wound care market
Previous professional activity in the acute care and home care segment for medical devices is required
You are an Italian native speaker and fluent in English (written and verbal)
You are customer-oriented: you can explore the client's needs by carrying out market analysis and by being out in the field
You have good planning and organization skills
You have an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to implement and take ownership of new projects.
You are familiar with digital marketing trends
You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
You are willing to travel, including overnight stays (40%)
