Job Description
We are seeking a talented Regional Category Management & Business Developer to join our Global Channels & Sales Operations Support Team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the growth of the Region by overseeing the management of assigned customers and their respective categories.
* Manage a portfolio of existing customers and identify new prospects in MORE, our Vendor Management Inventory system.
* Provide detailed analysis on project development, regional sell-in and sell-out reports, and status of customer activations in MORE.
* Approach new key accounts to include in the project based on commercial guidelines.
* Maintain and promote direct relationships with key accounts to guarantee functional performances and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
* Identify potential drivers for improvement in sell-out and performance through sales data analysis and facing.
* Omitimize procedures in different markets by coordinating AoR referents within the region.
* Integrate needs of all stakeholders in the MORE Project (Client, KAM, Sales Manager, Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Planning, and Logistics).
Key Requirements:
* Knowledge or experience in category management and/or sales analysis.
* Experience in coordinating a small team.
* Advanced knowledge of English; additional languages considered as a plus.
* Problem-solving and commercial mindset together with an analytic approach.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Business Object.
* Project management.
* Dynamic, passionate, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Able to listen and manage a commercial relationship.
* Willigness to travel abroad.
