Join our team and help make every stay a memorable experience for our guests. /ph3Job Position /h3pJob title: Sales Manager /ppSede: Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes /ppAs a Sales Manager in a city hotel, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth for the hotel. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure all sales initiatives align with the hotel's overall business objectives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibDevelop and Implement Sales Strategies /b: Create effective sales plans to increase revenue and market share. /lilibClient Relationship Management /b: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals. /lilibMarket Analysis /b: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. /lilibTeam Leadership /b: Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets. /lilibCollaboration /b: Work with other departments to ensure coordinated efforts and successful outcomes. /lilibEvent Participation /b: Represent the hotel at industry events and exhibitions to promote the hotel and attract new business. /lilibSales Metrics Monitoring /b: Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. /lilibBudget Management /b: Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities. /lilibCompliance /b: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal standards. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Requirements /h3ullibEducation /b: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. /lilibExperience /b: Several years of experience in sales and hospitality. /lilibSkills /b: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
