Currently we are looking for a

Business Developer (m/f/d)

to join the Thermokon family and add knowledge to our company.

Place of work: Milan / Hybrid


Your responsibilities

* Responsible for developing the promotion of products and solutions to HVAC engineering design firms
* Organise and participate in events such as exhibitions and conferences where THERMOKON solutions can be promoted.
* Conduct product presentations and training courses for customers
* Responsible for promoting solutions and products through digital channels
* Acquisition of new customers and close customer care, mainly planners, system integrators and installers from the BMS, HVAC industries
* Development of strategies and continuous market analysis
* Support customers during project planning
* Frequent and supportive customer visits
* Close cooperation with top management and the internal sales team


Your profile

* Technical background (bachelor/master/diploma)
* Languages: Italian and fluency in English or German
* Good command in MS Office applications
* Open-minded, customer-oriented acumen and manners
* Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably SAP and Salesforce
* Professional experience in sales, electrical engineering, building automation or the HVAC industry
* Ability to work independently
* Willingness to travel
* Problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Confident and engaging manner
