Ph3Your role /h3 pMaximize the sustainable profitable growth of our products across the territory by promoting sales to new and existing customers and developing the area assigned, in accordance with agreed business plans, representing the VTBA in a manner that all products are promoted. The role will have a strong orientation towards the sales of Scientifics Industrial products into all application sectors and in particular in General Industrial (OEM and end users), analytical OEM excluding key customers in Chemical Process Industries. /p h3To succeed, you will need /h3 ul liFollow, implement the country strategic and tactical plan, and execute the activity plans in the territory under your responsibility. /li liAchieve and overcome the annual targets for the territory under your responsibility. /li liDrive equipment market share growth year on year. /li liRetain existing customers and expand the product portfolio sold to them. /li liProspect and win new customers in the prioritised market sectors. /li liReport any customer contact / visit and any customer / market information through the tools made available (eg CRM). /li liReport and update the project pipeline through the tools made available in timely manner to help Team leader, Regional sales Manager and BLMs to provide to the Divisions good financial and product forecasting. /li liGain a clear idea of market price and work with your line manager to position our product pricing in agreement with Value Price management. /li liProvide and report information from competitors activities in your territory. /li /ul h3Skills / Knowledge / Experience /h3 ul liEducation level : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Physics) or a closely related technical field. /li liRelevant Previous : Minimum of 2/3 years working experiences in selling Industrial products in the BtB market in the assigned region. Experience in selling Vacuum products and solutions is a plus. /li liKnowledges/Skills : Commercial hunting attitude, Autonomous, Dynamic, Team Worker, Positive, CRM, MS Office /li liOther requirements : Italian (writting/speaking), English fluent, frequent travelling (60%), location Italy Center. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pPassionate people create exceptional things!
