Adecco, on behalf of a leading global chemical group, is looking for a Junior Account Manager.
Joining team in Arese, the resource will sell the chemical portfolio in multiple sectors and in a wide geography.

Activities
The resource will manage assigned customers, and their retention and expansion.
* He/She will monitor the adherence of results to assigned targets and goals;
* He/she will keep relevant information tracked and will proactively work with other functions such as R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Finance, keeping accountability for any exchange between the company and the assigned customers;
* He/she will provide business insight, market needs and any relevant information that could open to innovative development.
Requirements
* 1-3 years’ experience in sales departments
* Technical degree or chemical industry background
* A second language is a plus
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
