You will contribute to strengthening financial governance, supporting investment decisions and improving controlling processes and tools. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and coordinate the annual budget, periodic forecasts and Strategic Plan, including variance analysis and identification of key performance drivers. /li liMonitor and analyse financial and economic KPIs, focusing on profitability, costs and margins. /li liPerform cost and margin analysis by product, business line or business area. /li liSupport monthly closing activities and the preparation of management and Group reporting. /li liCollaborate with business functions to monitor operational performance and support management decision‑making. /li liAnalyse investments and support the financial evaluation of strategic projects. /li liContribute to the optimisation of processes, reporting tools and information flows. /li liSupport the continuous improvement of the management control system. /li /ul h3What We Expect From You /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines. /li liSolid experience as a Controller, preferably in structured and/or multinational environments. /li liStrong knowledge of general and management accounting. /li liProven experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes. /li liGood knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle). /li liExcellent command of Excel. /li liExperience with financial consolidation and reporting systems (e.g. Oracle Hyperion Financial Management – HFM). /li liKnowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI). /li liStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured approach. /li liAutonomy, problem‑solving attitude and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights. /li liGood communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders. /li liGood knowledge of English. /li liContinuous improvement mindset, with awareness of process automation opportunities. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA role with high exposure to management and strategic decision‑making. /li liIntegration into a structured, collaborative and professional Finance team. /li liOpportunity to have a direct impact on business performance. /li liCompensation aligned with experience and according to the applicable collective agreement. /li /ul pApply now to join Sanoma Learning Italia and contribute to the financial governance of a leading educational group shaping the future of learning. /p pSanoma Learning is an equal opportunity employer.
