Your background
9. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
10. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, market analysis, or a similar role within the transformers or energy industry.
11. Strong technical understanding of energy solutions and industry technologies to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate offerings.
12. Proven ability to conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to drive product developments.
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
14. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
