Locations: IT-VIRTUAL LOCATIONAshland has an exciting opportunity for an **Account Sales Manager (Personal Care and Home Care)** to join our Ashland Industries Italia S.R.L. business in **Italy.** This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Commercial function. This position will report to **Regional Sales Manager**.* This is not a people leader role. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports,* This is not an entry or early career level position. We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running, with strong, hands‑on experience and a proven background to demonstrate it—for example, someone who has previously led end‑to‑end projects, managed complex cross‑functional stakeholders, and delivered measurable results within a similar scope or industry.* This is not a monofunctional role.
