Viva.com envisions to provide businesses a value-driven platform to accelerate the adoption of the latest technology. /ppuRole Overview : /u As a member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting company services directly to clients, ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support for merchants. /ppbKey Responsibilities : /b /pulliPromote the company services by visiting clients’ premises; /liliAssist merchants with verification and activation processes; /liliMonitor and analyze portfolio performance; /liliProvide in-person support and consultation for existing customers; /liliEngage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities; /liliEnsure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration; /liliSupport existing merchants in maintaining active usage; /liliEscalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope; /liliPresent product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner; /liliTravel to meet clients and attend industry events. /li /ulpbRequirements : /b /pli2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution; /liliUnderstanding of financial products / services features and advantages; /liliExperience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; /liliOutstanding negotiation skills; /liliStrong organizational and diary management skills; /liliResiliency and the ability to handle objections; /liliThe ability to deal with a diverse client base; /liliComputer literacy tech mindset; /liliFluent in English and Italian. /lipJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
