The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) is responsible forbuilding the local face of Red Bull in their field in the mostrelevant way and in line with the global and national strategiesand priorities. He/she builds strong local networks, includingopinion leaders and key influencers both online (social media) andoffline. He/she creates and implements marketing initiatives in thefour key pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports,Culture, and Communications), leveraging On Premise, Off Premise,and New Business opportunities, and encompassing local needs andspecificities, thus impacting the heart of local consumers andultimately leading to the successful development of the business.The Field Marketing Manager is constantly out "in the field" tomake things happen; this is not an "office" job.
