Profile: DESIGN RESPONSIBLE EGINEER
MAIN TASKS
* Component and subsystem design, virtual validation, development and release for new products (advanced, pre-development, production).
* Support in Component and Subsystem validation plans, procedures, tracking and evaluation reporting.
* Component and Subsystem design, virtual validation, development and release for quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives on current products.
* Responsible for the evaluation and the problem resolution of the field failures on Components and Subsystems.
* Support the Technical Leader in the assessment of the Supplier’s proposals (sourcing technical reviews, benchmarking, evaluation of new technologies, etc.).
* Technical support to Supplier Quality during Project and Product Approval Process (PPAP).
* Technology exchange inside company and with Suppliers.
* Flexible and ready to move to different Sub-systems.
TECHINICAL AND SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
* Master Degree : Engineering
* Systems knowledge ( at least once) : Fuel Injection System, Lube &Vent, Raotating e reciprocating parts, Cylynder Head/Block and castings and machining
* DFMEA.
* Engine Development Overview.
* Change Management Process.
* Team Working.
* Problem solving.
* English fluent is a must
* Italian (preferred but not mandatory)
