Key Responsibilities
*
* Support the definition of multi-year strategic and annual operating plans;
* Defining sales forecasts, commercial and contractual conditions; coordinating international sales and customer service teams;
* Market analysis, price list definition and product positioning;
* Supervision of commercial proposals; management and development of the customer portfolio;
* Definition of commercial strategies and marketing plans within budget;
* Identification of new opportunities and coordination of Private Label/OEM projects;
* Development of collaborations with KOLs and local universities.
Requirements
*
* University degree in languages or economics or equivalent experience;
* 10 years of commercial experience in multinational or structured environments;
* Solid B2B and/or Private Label experience;
* Proven experience managing international teams;
* Second language at professional level (B2), preferably German;
* Third language considered a plus (French appreciated);
* Good Microsoft Office knowledge;
* Leadership and communication skills;
* Results orientation; analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
