In this role you drive the Ecoxpert Program by developing Schneider Electric partners in building optimization and energy management. You'll support regional deployment, evaluate partner performance, and identify new customer and channel opportunities for cloud and on‐premise software. You collaborate with sales and technical teams to promote the portfolio, foster local partnerships, and influence stakeholders up to C‐level to accelerate partner growth and impact in energy management. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and support the Ecoxpert Program partners within the CE-SUD region Provide value propositions to end‐user customers and guide regional deployment of actions Analyze partner performance, review quarterly business reports, and implement actions Maintain and update the partner roster per program requirements Act as regional sales and business development reference for identifying new customers and channels for Cloud (EEH/EBA) and on‐premise (PME) software Manage local energy management development plans with the dedicated sales force across channels Provide technical and commercial support for Schneider Electric portfolio in Energy Management and Asset Management Develop local partnerships with utilities, associations, ESCOs, and other market players based on a value proposition Responsabilità Knowledge of xivgfpx energy management standards and incentives (e.g., CT3.0, IperAmmortamento) Ability to conduct feasibility studies for energy management solutions (technical, operational, financial benefits) Solution selling skills with ability to influence stakeholders up to C‐level and present effectively Strong understanding of commercial dynamics across sales channels and cross-functional collaboration Ability to promote new ideas and deploy #J-18808-Ljbffr
