Main activities
The person sought must be supportive:
1. in the analysis of the categories of expertise in terms of market evolution, competitive position, consumer behaviour.
2. In defining the assortment proposal by channel / format
3. In monitoring sales trends by category and in maintaining assortments based on market dynamics
4. In the proposal and definition of the physical display of the assortments and in the periodic store check activities
5. In the analysis of consumption trends, competitor initiatives and supply market proposals to identify new potential products.
6. In the proposal to introduce new products or updates to the existing range
7. In managing, also with the role of Project Manager, the contributions of the various company functions in the development of branded products
8. In defining the positioning and budget of branded products
9. Will collaborate in the implementation of ad hoc projects/initiatives
10. will take care of coordination with channels and communication, support for product launches and marketing activities relating to the improvement of category performance (CRM; above and below the line communication, flyers, catalogues, etc.)
11. will support in the declination of the National Promo Plan for the Fresh - Very Fresh channel with the contribution of buyers and in identifying the references of branded products by channel and initiatives, themes and positioning
12. It will support in the maintenance of the National Promo Plan according to the evolution of market conditions and in the definition of the category margin
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
- Computer skills, including familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office - excellent familiarity with Excel specifically - and purchasing management software. Good basic statistical knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, business management, statistics, marketing or law
- interest in the FRESH FRESH products sector gained within a specific course of study (Master's) or through previous work experience.
- Commercial orientation;
- interest in analysis activities, report presentation, data production to support company activities
- Ability to draft reports, documentation and professional correspondence
- Organizational and time management skills
Preferential/Nice to have
13. Even short experience already gained in commercial assistance roles in retail and commercial companies
14. Understanding of the food industry and food retail sector, including trends, competition, products and suppliers. Knowledge of procurement dynamics and inventory management
15. Master's or specialization courses in Retail management and/or consumer goods
16. Understanding of food safety regulations and standards to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with Buyers, suppliers and team members

Compensation Package
