PClinicMind is a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare practice management software and service platform for a full patient care cycle. We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving ClinicMind sales growth. The ideal candidate has solid experience as a sales team manager selling multi-product platforms, including EHR software and RCM services, preferably in the chiropractic, physical therapy, and mental health domains. /ppKey Responsibilities : /ppDevelop and continuously improve a software Platform Sales Process for /ppimplementing a Land-and-Expand Go-to-Market strategy for selling multiple software products and software-enabled services /ppmanagement of a compounding and highly profitable sales pipeline /ppcoordination with customer support, finance, and product development teams to ensure timely onboarding, customer invoicing, and alignment with product offerings /ppBuild a Sales Team, including /ppHiring pipeline for Sales Representative and Sales Development Representative /ppMonthly / Quarterly performance reviews /ppOngoing training /ppLeverage SalesForce and Hubspot for /ppData-driven individual team member performance improvement. /ppKPI implementation and reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, /ppAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to /ppbexpand the company's presence in the HealthTech market. /b /ppParticipate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the ClinicMind platform. /ppStay updated on healthcare regulations and ensure all sales activities comply with industry standards and company policies. /ppbQualifications : /b /pp5+ years of experience in software platform sales management, preferably in the healthcare and SaaS industries. /ppExperience in navigating; /ppbHubspot and / or High Level /b /ppProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. /ppStrong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and motivating high-performing sales teams. /ppDeep understanding of the HealthTech market, particularly with medical practices and clinics. /ppAbility to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions /ppBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
