We are looking, on behalf of an important Client Company, for a senior professional with proven experience managing influencers, musicians, athletes, and artists, capable of leading innovative and successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a background in commerce, advertising campaigns, and product launches, along with excellent empathy, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to connect with creative clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of campaigns for priority titles, from ideation to launch
* Develop and communicate the marketing campaign, defining positioning, strategic pillars, and alignment with senior leadership
* Lead the creative development of key marketing assets
* Support talent management alongside cross-functional teams throughout the campaign
* Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and timely campaigns
* Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness
* Plan ATL campaigns and define creative production strategy
Requirements:
* Experience managing influencers, artists, musicians, and athletes
* Expertise in creating, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
* Excellent command of the English language
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Passion for marketing and entertainment, with a strong interest in European content and intercultural dynamics
