Lavapiatti for the Lungolivigno Hotel located at Hotel Concordia a Livigno (SO), part of the hotel division, reports to the Chef.
Responsibilities
Remove leftovers from collected dishes.
Load dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery and other items into the dishwasher.
Put washed items in order after carefully drying them.
At the end of service, clean and organize the kitchen in compliance with hygiene standards.
Inspect used equipment for efficiency and contact maintenance if necessary.
Prepare necessary tools for chefs and waiters to perform their tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
Hard skills
Previous experience preferred.
Organizational skills, strong orientation to order and cleanliness.
Good knowledge of Italian language.

Proactive spirit.
