Discreetly observe staff behavior, service quality, and professionalism.
Mention a pretend allergy during interactions to evaluate how staff handle guest requests.
Avoid accepting complimentary upgrades.
Take photos throughout the visit. Reporting Requirements Keep all itemised receipts for the room, bar, and restaurant purchases.
Submit a detailed report with photos after the stay.
