Key Account Manager (KAM) Hemato-Oncology, Italy – Campania, Calabria, Sicilia BeiGene, Ltd. has proposed to change its name to BeOne Medicines Ltd. General Description Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager, this individual will maximize BeiGene's products in the served territory. The KAM, in coordination with Market Access and Medical colleagues, implements the business strategy and is responsible for achieving sales targets within an agreed expense budget. The KAM develops territory-specific strategic account plans in collaboration with other functions and supports key account customers in an honest, open-minded, and appreciative manner. Area of Responsibility: Campania, Calabria, Sicilia Preferred Province of Residence: Napoli, Catania, Palermo Essential Functions: Building BeiGene's image and awareness in the hematology-oncology market as a key scientific and healthcare partner Developing long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders Managing regional sales, reputation, access goals, and qualitative performance parameters Developing and executing commercial projects to optimize patient care Organizing local symposia and workshops Gathering insights and analyzing information to identify strategic opportunities Participating in meetings and symposia at various levels Ensuring compliance with all activities and maintaining high ethical standards Qualifications: Life science degree or equivalent experience Several years of experience as a commercial representative in hematology-oncology, with knowledge of Lymphomas preferred Scientific education and relevant experience Knowledge in hematology-oncology and project management Strong alignment with BeiGene's values and loyalty Willingness to learn and develop Success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment Innovative and creative thinking Implementation skills and commercial mindset Reliable contacts with opinion leaders, especially in Lymphomas Knowledge of drug distribution channels Highly motivated, solution-oriented, positive attitude Strong social skills, flexibility, teamwork attitude Good computer skills and willingness to travel Valid driver's license Please apply with an English CV.
