Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales.
* Achieve sales objectives related to all relevant products and market segments through strategic analysis and influencing decision-makers.
* Engage in strategic sales planning, market analysis, and coordinate with the Product Management team to optimize product positioning.
* Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
* Consult with end users and liaise with system integrators at senior levels.
* Keep customers informed about product updates and increase project pipeline and revenue.
* Create new customer opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
* Report weekly on sales and project progress and conduct customer audits.
* Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute ideas for product launches and customer events.
* Ensure accurate sales forecasting and meet budget and sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven success in business development or sales, especially in demanding environments.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to independently understand customer needs and prepare professional proposals.
* Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and networking channels.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is a plus.
* Strong understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
* Independent thinking, judgment, and team collaboration skills.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within South Italy, ideally based in the Milan area or nearby, with potential travel outside Italy.
