Position PurposeThe Sales Area Manager for Central Europe is responsible for developing and managing commercial activities across the assigned territories (Germany, Belgium, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Austria). The role aims to strengthen market presence, expand customer relationships, support distributors and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.The position may be based either in Italy or in one of the target countries. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular customer visits to increase sales volume and market penetrationManage and develop relationships with direct customers and distribution partnersProvide technical support and training to distributors and end usersCollaborate closely with Product Management teams on new product launches and market introduction plansPrepare and maintain monthly sales forecasts and annual budget proposalsDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the assigned Central European markets, including competitive landscape, pricing structure, and customer needsBuild and nurture solid business relationships, particularly within German‑speaking marketsEnsure alignment with company commercial strategies and reporting requirements.
