Ph3Sales Area Manager DACH /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Area Manager DACH to join our Wholesale HQ team and lead the development of our business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. /p pBased at our Italian Headquarters, the role will be responsible for driving the wholesale growth strategy across the DACH region, managing key strategic accounts and ensuring qualitative market expansion in line with the brand positioning and long-term commercial objectives. /p pThe Sales Area Manager DACH will work in close partnership with our long-standing master agency based in Bern (Switzerland), which manages local operational trade marketing activities, field sales agents and customer service for the region. /p pThe position represents a key connection point between HQ and the local market, ensuring strong alignment on commercial priorities, distribution strategy and brand execution. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and drive the wholesale business development strategy across the DACH region, ensuring sustainable and qualitative growth /li liManage and develop strategic wholesale accounts and key retail partners with a long-term business approach /li liIdentify new business opportunities, market potential and distribution development initiatives /li liLead seasonal sales campaigns and support go-to-market execution across the region /li liNegotiate commercial agreements and support strategic business planning activitiesCoordinate closely with the local master agency to ensure alignment on commercial priorities, customer management and market execution /li liMonitor market trends, competitors, sell-through dynamics and customer performance /li liEnsure consistency of brand positioning, distribution quality and commercial execution across the region /li liSupport forecasting, budgeting and sales planning activities in collaboration with HQ teams /li liAct as the main commercial reference point for the DACH market within the organization /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience within premium outdoor, technical apparel, sporting goods or fashion brands operating through wholesale and specialty retail distribution /li liStrong knowledge of the DACH market and established network within the region /li liSolid experience managing key accounts and international commercial relationships /li liStrategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong negotiation and business development skills /li liAbility to work cross-functionally with agencies, distributors and internal teams in an international environment /li liStrong analytical and commercial planning capabilities /li liFluent in German and English /li liAvailability to travel extensively across the DACH region and regularly to Bern (Switzerland) /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pThe total annual gross compensation package, including base salary and performance-related bonus (MBO), ranges from €70,000 to €90,000, depending on experience, skills, and overall profile.
