Your job as a Maintenance Area Manager :
o Manage maintenance teams (coordinators and direct management of technicians where needed) working on our customer sites deployed in their area
o Execute tasks of Coordinator when applicable
o Manage global workload of their area and resource sharing (human & material)
o Challenge the budget regarding material purchasing dedicated to their site scope
o Manage the team and notably, in charge of recruiting and ensuring the proper onboarding, training and development of team members
o Escalate and find solutions to address training gaps and mobilize specifically trained workers between sites
o Collaborate with the Maintain Manager & Maintain engineers to provide the best service to our customers
o Coordinate with Deploy department teams in order to synchronize Maintain teams arrival on sites
o Define the organization of on-site teams for new sites
o Support other departments (HR, Safety) on local regulations
o Support the application and compliance of team and external partners with EHS procedures
o Drive continuous improvement efforts within scope
Requirements
* Good level of spoken English : resume in English is required to apply; 1st interview is conducted in English.
* First experience in managing or coaching a team of engineers or technicians
* Good skills on mechanical and electrical maintenance operations
* Broad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineering
* Appetite to work on various systems and machines and fieldwork
* Good communication skills
