Prioritize features and functionalities based on such vision. /liliIdentify target audiences, market needs, and potential opportunities to drive product growth. /lilistrongProduct Roadmap Management /strong: /liliDevelop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. /liliPrioritize features and improvements, balancing business needs with user requirements. /lilistrongCustomer-Centric Focus /strong: /liliEnsure that digital services are built with a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences. This includes deep knowledge of customer processes and capabilities in gathering feedback, conducting user research, and iterating on features to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. /liliBoost services awareness and support digital services promotion to the Coesia Companies /lilistrongProfitability and Growth /strong: /liliWork with Company sales and marketing teams to maximize product adoption and revenue potential. /liliDrive growth through innovative features, pricing guidelines, costprofitability analysis (business case creation). /lilistrongCross-Functional Collaboration /strong: /liliAct as the bridge among Business functions, Digital ICT development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery. /liliEnsure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. /liliCommunicate product progress, updates, and results to internal stakeholders, aligning them on product goals, priorities, and timelines. /lilistrongService Lifecycle Management /strong /li /ulpFrom ideation to launch and beyond, oversee the entire lifecycle of the Coesia digital Services, ensuring they are continuously improved, scaled, and adapted to changing customer needs and market dynamics. /pullistrongData-Driven Decision Making /strong: /li /ulpUtilize analytics and data to monitor the performance and user engagement of digital services, track KPIs, and make informed decisions on product improvements, user experience enhancements, and feature additions. /pullistrongCustomer Experience (UX) and Design Oversight /strong: /liliWork with design teams to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. /liliAdvocate for UX/UI improvements based on customer feedback and market trends. /lilistrongContinuous Improvement and Innovation /strong: /liliStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor product, ensuring that Coesia Digital Service proposal remains innovative and competitive /liliIdentify new opportunities for product innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive edge. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliDegree in engineering, business/economics, or a related field. Additional education in product management, digital transformation, or data analytics can be beneficial. /liliAt least strong5 years /strong of experience in roles related to data-driven services, product management, customer service, digital transformation. Experience in cross-functional leadership and project execution is also required. Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred. /liliCore skills /liliProduct strategy and vision: ability to define and prioritize advanced digital service features aligned with Company and Customer needs and business goals. /liliRequirement gathering and communication: expertise in collecting business requirements from companies and customers and translating them into clear and actionable specifications for software development teams. /liliBusiness models: ability to create complex cost models, define value-based pricing strategies (incl. -aaS), and develop sustainable business models to ensure long-term profitability and market relevance.
