CISA, a strategic brand of the Allegion group, leads the field in providing dedicated solutions to prevent unlawful access and ensure safe egress to everyone, even those with reduced mobility, in the event of danger or difficulty. /ph3DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliIdentify, develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with key customer contacts to deliver business growth for both present and future solutions, being the “reference persona” for building designers and general contractors. /liliProactively and constructively analyze customer accounts and opportunities to determine potential business. /liliKeep up-to-date knowledge of product lines, company sales philosophy and policy, company processes and industry conditions to provide innovative support to accounts. /liliInfluence customer needs and propose company solutions. /liliDeliver and organize demos. /liliDeliver prescription documents and analyze competitors' specifications in existing RFPs. /liliParticipate in trade shows and industry associations. /li /ulh3QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliTechnical degree. /liliFive years of experience in solution prescription and sales. /liliProficient level of English. /liliProactive approach to identify all potential business. /liliEnergy and team‑building attitude, self‑motivated, problem‑solving mindset. /liliGood understanding of electronic access control systems, mechanical locking systems or other building security equipment. /liliExcellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interface and influence across organization levels to align stakeholders. /liliWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li /ulh3EEO STATEMENTS /h3pAllegion is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
