Ph3Sales Manager /h3 pA Sales Manager analyzes local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. /p h3What will I be doing? /h3 pAs Sales Manager, you will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. /p pSpecifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards : /p ul liDevelop, suggest and implement hotel sales plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging these plans to drive sales efforts across all market segments, including Leisure, Groups, and Meetings Events /li liEstablish, maintain, and expand relationships with a strong emphasis on key leisure accounts, particularly within luxury consortia /li liCoach, mentor, and guide the sales team to strengthen their skills, encourage collaboration, and boost overall performance /li liManage RFPs and lead contract negotiations for FITs, wholesalers, and high‑end travel agencies /li liCollaborates closely with the Groups, Meetings Events Department to generate and convert business for groups, congresses, and social events, mainly weddings /li liProactively prospect and generate new business with a strong focus on international markets through outbound calls, client visits, Fam Trips, trade shows, and roadshows /li liEstablish, maintain, and grow relationships with deep focus on selected key leisure accounts /li liAct as a role model and inspire the hotel team through leading by example /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pA Sales Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
