Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends. Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technology, processes, and current partnerships. Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies. Stakeholder Management Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels. Establish and develop relations with business partners, senior management, external partners, and stakeholders. Attend conferences and professional association meetings to promote Maccaferri product solutions and brand. Be the face of the organization. Budget Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and gross margins. Manage and sell to major accounts, consultants, and government institutions; assist sales personnel in establishing contact with top decision-makers where appropriate. Formulate and implement sales policies, practices, and procedures. Establish and control budgets for sales promotions, marketing initiatives, trade shows, exhibits, sales collateral, and promotional items. Develop and mentor the entire Sales team towards professional growth and outperformance. Engage, develop, and retain all key members of the teams; work proactively towards their self-development and creating a strong second line of management. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization, aligning efforts accordingly.
