Join us as a Junior Account Manager and play a key role in building and representing long-term commercial relationships with our customers.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of mid-sized clients across multiple industries within the Italian market, acting as their main point of contact. You will also work closely with Odoo partners - software houses and IT companies - that handle the functional implementation of Odoo solutions for end customers.

This position focuses on developing long-term relationships, where trust, continuity, and customer understanding are essential to success.

The Junior Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring sustainable partnerships and long-term customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

* Develop the relationship and grow the contract: manage a portfolio of existing clients and partners in Italy;
* Be the main point of contact of our partners: analyse and understand in depth their needs;
* Increase customers’ adoption of Odoo by demonstrating new apps, features, and versions, and by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to offer the most suitable solutions;
* Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions.


Requirements

* 1 - 2 years of experience as a Sales or Sales Consultant;
* Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1);
* Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills;
* Project Management ability: manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables;
* Stakeholders management: building relationship with both clients and partners.


Nice to have

* Previous experience in IT Sales field;
* Technical Curiosity – Genuine interest in understanding how our software product and IT solutions work;
* Active Listening – Ability to capture both the technical and business needs expressed by prospects.

Hybrid work modality

(3 days on site/2 fixed days on remote)
