Gfree Alimentare is a new subsidiary of Doves Farm Foods, a leading UK food speciality company.
We are looking for a someone to join the exciting environment of a new business startup. With backing from our parent company, we aim to build trade in Italy and internationally.
You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and assisting with purchasing and order processing.
As a National Account Manager, you should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics. We also expect you to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers.
Ultimately, you should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.
During the customer growth phase, assist with all sales functions.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage ongoing sales and sales development activities.
* Pricing negotiation and contracts.
* Develop profitable additional trading opportunities.
* Handle customer specifications, queries, and complaints.
* Manage customer orders through the process.
* Prepare relevant sales presentation materials and briefs.
* Inform customers about product and price changes.
* Formulate, measure, and control customer promotions.
* Attend sales exhibitions when required.
* Develop forecasting, sales reporting, and sales analytics.
* Monitor sales and take corrective actions where necessary.
* Ensure sales requirements are communicated to production departments.
* Contribute to market intelligence systems.
* Carry out additional duties as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the company.
Personal Attributes & Experience
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Experience in consumer/trade shows or events management.
